Sails that win all over France

The DeltaRacing team is very well known and feared in French ports. It is now impossible to count boats armed with DeltaVoiles that each year win the most important international regattas in France.
In fact, DeltaVoiles earned this unbeatable reputation by competing in these Regattas, and they keep proving time and time again the high quality of their products in competitions.
Racing Mainsails were designed to obtain optimum dynamic power in the shortest possible time while at the same time holding back the boat the least in strong winds.
The leeches are very flat and the frontal cut is calculated to allow the best flattening/tension against wind pressure.
The cuts:
Cross cut
- Polyester – always efficient on small mono types, this quality option is excellent value for money. These sails need to me rolled-up systematically to protect fabric from wear.
- Multi-axial Flex – whatever the angle or speed all the stress is absorbed by fibres fixed on 6 axes, glued on by a Q bond ultrasound system the seams are perfect. An unbeatable solution for narrow sails.

Kevlar tri-radial is the ideal cut to align the direction of fibres to stress. You can use different base weights according to areas where there is most tension.
Membrane, absorbs stress, stabilises shape and distribution of weight.
- Carbon/kevlar exxeltech is the ideal solution for boats up to 40 feet long.

Racing Genoa fall in two categories those that don't 'overlap' (up to 100%) and those that 'overlap'.
The latter are designed to be tacked towards the centre. Their very flat even drop offers more up-wind angle and a rounded frontal cut, makes the sail tolerant and strong in difficult rough sea conditions.
The overlapping genoa have rounded edges, drop very flat and are easy to steer especially in choppy seas.

Solents are very tall narrow light, ribbon-like genoa for strong winds, the fat is spread so as to assure maximum power and least resistance. They can be reefed!
Reinforced Breeze Sails are tall narrow lightweight sails, the fabric can be weighed down, the fat is spread so as to guarantee maximum power and minimum resistance in strong winds.
The cuts
Cross cut (only non-overlapping genoa) with multi-axial flex – At whatever regulation or speed all stress is absorbed by filaments fixed in 6 directions/axes. Glued with a Q bond ultrasound system the seams are perfect. It's an unbeatable solution for narrow sails.
Tri-radial kevlar (not for Solents), this cut is ideal for aligning the direction of fibres to any stress. Different base weights can be used according to areas of stress.
Membrane is light, absorbs stress and increases form stability.
- kevlar/carbon exxeltech is the perfect solution for boats up to 40 feet.
- Carbon exxeltech is even more stable and keeps its shape. Recommended for experienced crews.
