The Potassium Fire Fighting System for the Engine Room

Technological descendant of the very compact MAUS fire extinguishers,
It adopts the same technology of aerospace origin: it is in fact an aerosol of potassium powder which guarantees a safe, multi-purpose and extremely efficient method of extinguishing fires.
This through a calibrated and very fine dispersion in the environment generated by a vaporization and a subsequent condensation of the substance.
EGO Blast is controlled automatically via the EGO Kegel Thermal Activator (56x54x94A mm, 330 gr), or via the EGO Kontrol Battery Control Unit (56x54x94A mm, 330 gr), which in turn can be activated via a thermal cable or manually (both 3 years warranty).
As a result, our EGO Blast System:
• NOT TOXIC: guaranteed for human health.
• EMITS CLEAN AGENTS, i.e. it is environmentally friendly.
• DOES NOT REQUIRE ANY MAINTENANCE
• LEAVES NO RESIDUE: Avoids the costly damage of cleaning and repainting the area if dispensed.
• NOT DANGEROUS: it is safe to use on motors, transformers, electrical and electronic devices, mechanical devices.
More compact and lighter than traditional fire-fighting systems, it can be modulated according to the cubic meters to be protected.
It is then supplied in kits that can be assembled according to the diagram.
EGO Blast is suitable for fighting fires of the following classes:
• Class A: Solid materials
• Class B: Liquids
• Class C: Gas
These are the models that can be assembled in the EGO Blast Series (3-year warranty - Ce and UL certification):
- EGO Blast 6, the smallest. This unit can protect up to 0.6 m3. You can add up to 6 units of EB6 and EB15 to be attached to the EGO Kegel Thermal Activator or to the EGO Kontrol control unit (56x55x94A mm, 330 gr).
- EGO Blast 15, which can be assembled with 6. One unit can protect up to 1, m3. You can add up to 6 units of EB6 and EB15 to be attached to the EGO Kegel Thermal Activator or to the EGO Kontrol control unit (56x55xH272 mm, 950 gr).
- EGO Blast 100 and 150, large units protecting up to 10 and 15 m3 respectively.
They contain the activation unit with the test button (no need for EGO Kontrol) and a series of connections to be assembled to other units of the Series, and to EGO Kegel Thermal Activators.
You can connect as many units as you want and of both sizes, but our advice is not to exceed 500 m3 with a single chain. (194x186xH282 mm, 6.5 or 7.8 kg).
Finally, the Heat Detection Cable, which transmits the activation signal of EGO Kontrol, EGO Blast 100 or 150, at a temperature of 68°C or 105°C (depending on the type required).
The units must be connected to each other with a standard electric cable.
