Top Quality Galvanized Anchor Chains

From the historic Italian chain factory Cateneficio Rigamonti , we have chosen to offer our customers galvanized anchor-chains of GRADE 40 line and the new GRADE 65.

Top quality Anchor Chains, totally engineered and produced in Italy: all quality aspect that determinate performances are permanently under quality control and consequently guarantee and certificated (under request).
- Already the GRADE 40 Line go over the calibrated anchor chain legislation (Grade 30 = 30 kg par squared millimetre) offering better mechanical performance (higher working and breaking loads), by raising the referent safety parameters to a more conservative level.
- The new GRADE 65 line goes even further, guaranteeing even higher work and breaking loads (see the table below).
Thanks the accurate steels selection and the whole production inside the company so to permit a constant production control in any phase, Rigamonti is today able to offer a complete range of top quality chains with highest loads and a REAL guarantee. In fact simple random-checks are NOT allowed inside the company!

Choosing the quality of the Rigamonti chain means therefore choosing the peace of mind of being securely attached to chains that have not only high levels of resistance, but the highest resistance over time.
In fact, we know that they have passed severe and constant checks during the production process, and it is precisely the production process of the Rigamonti chain which has been certified!

To dimension the correct size of the chain, it is necessary to know how to make the correct choices based on the displacement, length and width of the boat, the type of anchor, as well as the space available in the vessel; and consider these parameters in all working conditions. We suggest that you seek advice from our expert consultants of F&B Yachting who have an in-depth knowledge of anchoring problems, are able to suggest the most appropriate solutions to concrete problems such as the need to vary weights, lengths, volumes and possibly structures on the vessel…
