Service for our customers NOT resident in the European Community:
To save on Italian VAT for all our customers residing outside the European Union, we rely on the Tax Refund service.
If you purchase more than €154.94 from us on the same day, you will be eligible for a refund of Italian VAT (less 2% service fees).
All you need to do is show the goods you bought to Customs (airport, port or border), within the third month of purchase, and then have the Tax Refund form stamped, which we will provide you with.
You can then collect the refund directly at the Tax Refund Offices at the Airport, the Tax Refund Office offices in the main cities around the world or by sending the stamped form to Tax Refund as soon as possible.
At the time of purchase, together with our invoice, we will provide you with the Tax Refund form to be presented to the customs offices.
