Cleaning the boat after a day spent at sea is a ritual that comes up every time. But the limestone in the water network of the aqueduct is a problem that often makes washing a real torment.

AcquaTravel Water Softener eliminate limescale from fresh water, thus making washing your boat much faster and more efficient.

In fact, rinsing the deck, brushing the surfaces well, rinsing and finally drying, especially the portholes, chrome and windows is a long and tiring procedure.

AcquaTravel Softener, by removing the limestone and minerals present in the water, will definitively eliminate the long final drying, also preserving the boat from encrusted formations and deposits!

ALSO: you can use it to fill up with fresh water, thus preserving tanks, pipes, water heaters and other systems from harmful limescale deposits.

On the deck, no more “leopard spot” effect and no more limescale halos.

Acquatravel Water softener, today we present it in a new, even more compact (40x25x19) and light (only 9 kg) version. therefore easily stowable or in any case secureable to the quay by means of a chain with a padlock.

The liters of water that can be treated by the system vary according to the "hardness of the water" (quantity of dissolved salts) supplied at the quay.

With a hardness of 10 French degrees AcquaTravel Softener is able to "clean" 2000 liters of water from limescale (water hardness detection kit supplied with the product).

Once the 2000 liters of water have been used up, calculated with an electronic liter counter which acoustically warns of the end of the flushing, the operation to regenerate the cationic resin filter inside AcquaTravel Softener is very simple and not expensive.

The duration of the resins is estimated at 10 years.

Electronic liter counter with quick connection couplings
Quick couplers for hose connections
1kg salt for the first purification

IMPORTANT: the water that comes out IS ABSOLUTELY NOT DRINKABLE, because it lacks minerals.

The outgoing water can be safely used for irons or steam cleaning machines.
